Who is more overrated between KRS ONE and ll cool j?

I think I would have to go with KRS-One...while both have released lots of unadulterated bullsh*t over the years, LL Cool J is usually recognized for having fallen off, while there are many who will still say KRS-One is top ten in the game, which he blatantly isn't...However, I will say he had a couple projects recently that were pretty good as far as KRS albums go.
