What is this weird sensation in my pinky?

My right pinky has felt weird for the longest time, and i have trouble making like the love sign(like rock n roll lol) and sometimes if i just move it around it twitches, also if i put it in certain positions it feels like somethings pulling, what the hell is going on...no pain just weird feeling cant describe. And it seems the pulling comes from the pinky knuckle
