Hi fellow seniors, can you forgive, forget and move on?

Some things are unforgivable, period. I've found that if you do forgive the person, how quickly they forget and repeat the same offense again. I try hard to forgive and forget, but the forgetting part usually trips me up. Funny thing is my memory is terrible, I can't remember little things, like where I put my glasses. But I can remember the things I would prefer to forget
