How do I get him out of my mind?

I've been in love with this guy since 3rd grade. We're now in 7th grade, and I still think about him all the time, but he doesn't like me. every time I see a blonde boy, I automatically think of him.. I just can't get him out of my head.. and I want him out of my head. White cars, green colors, and my facebook profile reminds me of him... somethings too. Without being on contact with him (he HATES it), how can I get him out of my mind? Sports doesn't work, because when I'm in my swimsuit at a pool, I automatically think of him for some reason.. when I play basketball, I think of him because when I make my hoop, it reminds me of the success we both had together. Please help, I'm really desperate.. thanks in advance.
