Who's experienced with straight perm?

A straight perm is the opposite of the regular curly perm (the treatment was invented in Japan & designed for asian hair types)it is a chemical process that is used to straighten hair that is curly the same thing a relaxer does to hair but what differs is one is intended for african-american/caribbean hair and the other asian/caucasian hair. If you had this done in a salon I am appalled and disgusted that someone actually applied staright perm to hair that was already relaxed! However if you did this why on earth did you do this? I am sorry to inform you but regardless of who applied the staright perm you will not have silky soft hair without cutting your hair.There is nothing to salvage your hair is falling because it is so brittle from the chemical treatments it is irreparable (two in your case) and it was a very bad decision on your part. In future stick to texturizers they are kinder to the hair, unfortunately you are a long way from that process. Consider this a lesson learned.
