I have a lump that next to my crotch but its not on my scrotum or testicals im very worried?

hello im very worried i have a lump next to my crotch its next to my right leg and my scrotum im very worried it may be cancer could someone please help me im really worried ive looked it up on the internet and i found somethings it could be something called a lympth node or a fatty core pulp i hope its not cancer please someone help me out im very worried!!
