Help?! What will this do to my hair ?

if you are not 100% sure about cutting your hair i would say, wait a while. i and many people i know regret cutting their hair. if it is damaged try using some good deep conditioner and having a trim at the hair dressers before cutting yout hair really short. if you do decide to cut it short, and you regret it.. remember it will grow! maybe invest in some extensions if you really do not like your hair :)
