Hair rollers for curly hair?

Hello! I have long curly, frizzy hair that I usually pull back in a bun or straighten..but I do not like it! I would like to find some rollers good for my type of hair but without heat, something to sleep in. Also, I am going to begin the "no 'poo" lifestyle since shampoos are so chemically damaging. Which means I will clean my hair with baking soda (it works!) and de-tangle with a vinegar mixture.So any one with advice on that please speak up.
