3rd degree burn ????????!!?

2 years ago, I had gotten my hair chemically straighten AKA a relaxer. The lady who had done it for me got in on my neck & ears, causing 2nd degree burn (bloody scars, moist, etc) . Now it's horrible it's extremely dry, bloody sometimes , I think it's 3rd degree burn now. It's horrible , & because it occurred on my neck I'm not very comfortable with wearing my hair up. This has been so bad, I feel like it will never go away ! What do I do ??
